NHCA Singapore provided me with specialized training, and I have a Master's degree in Psychotherapy and Counseling. With more than 15 years of experience in the counseling industry, I have had the honor of helping people from a variety of backgrounds.

Working in different counseling fields has allowed me to develop invaluable knowledge and skills over the course of my career. I devoted five years to working as a school counselor, where I helped pupils overcome their emotional, psychological, and academic difficulties. I now have a thorough awareness of the special problems that kids, teenagers, and adults deal with as a result of this experience.

I am passionate about fostering strong bonds and promoting open communication between partners as a marriage and relationship counselor. I also offer premarital counseling to couples getting ready to wed, assisting them in building a strong foundation for a happy and rewarding partnership.

My counseling style is distinguished by a friendly and sympathetic disposition. I support establishing a secure, accepting environment where people may freely express their feelings and worries. I take a patient approach with each client, understanding that recovery and development need time and work. I want to provide people the tools they need to navigate their emotional difficulties so they can overcome difficulties and have more fulfilled lives. I am steadfastly committed to supporting mental health, emphasizing the need of self-care, and encouraging others to get professional help when they need it.

I use a holistic approach in my work, which recognizes the interdependence of the mind, body, and spirit in achieving overall well-being. I am committed to keeping up with the most recent developments in the psychotherapy and counseling fields in order to give my clients the most efficient and scientifically supported treatment options possible.
